Data Center in East Vincent Township

The Borough is aware of the potential impacts associated with the proposed data center in East Vincent Township. While Spring City Borough does not have voting authority over this matter, Borough Council has taken formal action to oppose the project in the best interest of its residents and the surrounding community.

Resolution No. 2026-04 was unanimously adopted by Borough Council at its public meeting on February 2, 2026. Click the pdf to view.  A copy of this resolution is being transmitted via certified mail to the officials of East Vincent Township.
