NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with §525-93 of the Spring City Borough Zoning Ordinance as amended in 1993, (hereinafter “Ordinance”) of a Hearing before the Spring City Borough Zoning Hearing Board on March 26, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. at the Spring City Borough Hall, 6 South Church Street, Spring City, PA, 19475 on the Application of RB Ashley Customs, LLC, 1011 Ridge Road, Pottstown, PA, 19465, owner of the property located at 177 Poplar Street, Spring City, Chester County, PA, in the R-3 High Density Residential Zoning District for Variances from §525-28.B.3.(a) regarding lot area and §525-63.B.2 regarding natural resource protection standards, specifically encroaching into an area of steep slopes to permit the construction of a two family dwelling, semi-detached, at the property.
At the time of the Hearing any person or parties interested will be given full opportunity to be heard. The Board reserves the right to conduct such other business as may come before it.
