NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with §1805 of the Spring City Borough Zoning Ordinance as amended in 1995, (hereinafter “Ordinance”) of a Hearing before the Spring City Borough Zoning Hearing Board on June 25, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. at Spring City Borough Hall, 6 South Church Street, Spring City, PA, 19475, on the Application of RB Ashley Customs, LLC, 1011 Ridge Road, Pottstown, PA, 19465, owner of the property located at 183 Poplar Street, Spring City, Chester County, in the R-3 - High Density Residential Zoning District for Variances from § 525-28.B.2(b) to permit an interior townhouse lot width of 20 feet rather than the required 30 feet, § 525.57 regarding off-street parking standards, and § 525.63.B(1) and 525.63.B(2) regarding areas of steep slope disturbances.
At the time of the Hearing any person or parties interested will be given full opportunity to be heard. The Board reserves the right to conduct such other business as may come before it.
